  • Public business information – to prepare an AI visibility snapshot we review publicly available information about a business, such as its website, published contact details and how it appears in public search results. We collect business information, not private personal data.
  • Usage information – basic technical data when you visit our website, such as browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

3. How we use your information

  • To prepare and send the snapshots, reports and consulting services you request.
  • To reply to your messages, schedule calls and send service-related updates.
  • To send text messages only where you have given us express consent (see section 4).
  • To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who opt in, for example by entering their mobile number on our web form and checking the SMS consent box. Messages relate to the snapshot or services you asked about, appointment confirmations and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

5. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that help us run our business (CRM, email and SMS delivery, scheduling, hosting and payment processing), who may use it only to provide services to us.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
