By using our website, requesting a snapshot, or buying our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
We provide AI search visibility consulting for businesses, including free AI visibility snapshots, paid diagnostics, implementation projects and ongoing retainers. The scope, deliverables, price and timeline of any paid engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
Our services are for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you represent.
Our snapshots and reports describe what we observed on the date stated, using the method stated. AI assistants and search engines change often and are controlled by third parties, so results can differ over time and by location. We do not guarantee any ranking, citation, traffic, lead or revenue outcome. Reports are for your business's internal use.
You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, or using our reports to mislead or harm others.
If you opt in to text messages from Boostix AI, for example by entering your mobile number on our web form and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages about the snapshot or services you asked about, appointment confirmations and replies to your questions.
We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Fees for paid services are stated in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are due on receipt, fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable once the corresponding work has started. Recurring retainers renew monthly until cancelled in writing with the notice period stated in your agreement.
Our work relies on third-party platforms, including AI assistants, search engines, website hosts and business directories. We are not responsible for their availability, policies or decisions.
Our website, methods, templates and tools remain our property. Once paid in full, you may use the deliverables we create for your business for your own business purposes.
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boostix AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the three months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold Boostix AI harmless from claims arising from materials you provide or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
